For anyone living outside Cork*, this is the ideal way to  enjoy a vicarious visit to our farmers market stalls. We’ve included a taster of many of the foods we smoke, but enough to feed at least 3–4 people several excellent dishes and then some. 

This case includes hot and cold smoked salmon (min 300g each), mackerel fillets (min 300g), smoked mussels in vinaigrette (min 200g) smoked butter (min 220g), Hassets’ smoked chilli crackers and a jar of our smoked chillies. 

If there’s any item you’d rather not have, then let us know and we will make it up to you with another product. (please use ‘addiitional notes’ when completing shipping information.)

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN NORTH AMERICA.
We deliver to Ireland (north and south) with Fastway.
We deliver to the UK, most countries in the European mainland with DHL. We cannot deliver this product to North America.

How will my delivery be made?

As smoked fish and butter are fresh products, we deliver with couriers who provide a 24-48 hour service.
We pack with an ice cell in temperature-stable packaging.
Our smoked salmon is always vac-packed and wrapped in branded paper and we will send a card with a gift message on your behalf.

How to sliced smoked salmon

The easiest way to slice smoked salmon is with a sharp knife, straight down to the skin with a vertical cut. This gives an attractive D shape and minimises waste.
Always bring the smoked salmon to room temperature before serving.
