For anyone living outside Cork, or who is unable to ‘click and collect’ this is the ideal way to enjoy a vicarious visit to our farmers market stalls. Trust us to include the best of what’s on offer at the time you order.

Unfortunately we cannot include our short–shelf life products, such as pates and fishcakes, but all our core ingredients transport well.

If there’s any item you’d really rather not have, then let us know and we will make it up to you with another product. (please use ‘additional notes’ when completing shipping information.)

Can you deliver to my address?

We deliver to addresses on the island of Ireland (north and south) with Fastway couriers. During the Covid crisis we are unable to deliver overseas.

How will my delivery be made?

As smoked fish and butter are fresh products, we deliver with couriers who provide a 24-48 hour service.
We pack with an ice cell in temperature-stable packaging.

How to sliced smoked salmon

The easiest way to slice smoked salmon is with a sharp knife, straight down to the skin with a vertical cut. This gives an attractive D shape and minimises waste.
Always bring the smoked salmon to room temperature before serving.
