WHY BUY HEDERMAN SMOKED FISHCAKES
Handmade in our smokehouse kitchen these are extremely popular at our markets due to their robust flavours and delicious ingredients. This variety is made with our chilli hot smoked salmon, spring onion and Thai sweet chilli sauce. They are rolled in Macroom stoneground oatmeal for a crisp nutty texture when fried or baked in the oven with a little oil and butter. Serve with a fried egg, or a dressed salad.
INGREDIENTS (ALLERGENS IN BOLD)
Potatoes, Hot smoked salmon with chillies (FISH, Atlantic Irish salmon, farmed on Ireland's west coast), spring onion, Thai sweet chilli sauce, seasoning.
STORAGE
Refrigerate 0-4C
Bring to room temperature before serving.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook for 20-30 mins in an oven preheated to 180-200C until piping hot. You can also shallow fry for 5 minutes on each side with a dash of oil and butter.
