WHERE YOU CAN COLLECT

We provide a Click & Collect Service at the Smoke House all year round on days you can select during the order process.

We also provide this service at the English Market, all year round except the month of December. This is because our English Market shop has very little storage space, and we simply do not have enough room to store orders waiting to be collected.

NOTICE & COLLECTION

Our system requires 48 hour’s notice. However, as soon as your products are ready to collect (sometimes earlier than 48 hours), we will notify you and you can collect during opening hours. COLLECTION ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please collect your shopping promptly on the day you have requested, especially from the English Market, as we have so little storage space.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any products become unavailable at short notice, we will contact you to organise an alternative.

ALTERNATIVE SHOPPING

Please note: our shops are usually well stocked, and you will always find delicious things to eat, so if you are not able to order Click & Collect, it is worthwhile to visit the Smoke House, or the English Market, both open six days a week Monday to Saturday.
