Our smoked salmon is entirely hand made and its provenance is Irish through and through.
Frank Hederman, born in Cobh, on the South West coast of Ireland, has dedicated a lifetime - 45 years so far - to smoking fish and seafood.
He is the only person in Ireland to have received a Walter Scheel Medaille for his active preservation of a unique Irish food tradition. He also created the only timber smoke house where fish are hung for smoking.
With beautiful branding and packaging, we provide understated luxury smoked seafood that is authentic, highly prized by those in-the-know, and always delicious.
As well as our smoked sides of Irish organic salmon, we provide the quintessential luxury of smoked wild salmon, caught in the estuary of the RIver Lee in County Cork.
