C&C - Smoked Fish Pie

This is a layered pie of delicious creamy mashed potato enriched with butter and Parmesan, and smoked fish in a flavoursome, béchamel sauce. We change our fish pies with the seasons, and so sometimes they will have spinach, other times they might be flavoured carrot, petits pois and dill. However our flavours are quite classic and the pies generally always have a mixture of our naturally smoked haddock, poached salmon and hot smoked salmon. We do not add shell fish as a general rule but please always read the label if you are allergic to crab, prawns or molluscs.

Bring to room temperature before serving.
