For a taste of authenticity, come and savour the sights, sounds and aromas of the only smoke house in Ireland where salmon are hung for smoking. We’re offering public tours (bookable online) and private tours by appointment (firstname.lastname@example.org) when you’ll be able to gain insights to the process that produces genuine, handmade smoked fish, and makes it so different to all other smoked salmon you’ve ever tasted. You’ll experience a working environment and hear directly from the tight knit team who make this Irish delicacy day in day out.
You are welcome to pop in to the smoke house to purchase fish. However we are unable to offer impromptu tours, and would ask that you make a reservation online, or make contact with the smokehouse for a private tour if the times available do not suit you.
